Bookings made by a separate party/travel advisor (other than the STS team or Royal Caribbean) will not be added to our group block for the cruise itinerary. Once you’ve booked your fare, please complete the registration and include your reservation number within 30 days of booking. Failure to do so will result in being excluded from our group block, limiting your participation with the STS itinerary.

Kat Xayarath

Co-Founder/Director

Kat Xayarath grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where she discovered her passion for hip hop dance at a young age. She went on to coach and mentor competitive All Star dance teams, helping dancers achieve their goals and earn bids to prestigious events including Dance Summit and Dance Worlds.

In 2016, Kat joined Boomcrack, a respected Chicago-based hip hop dance group, continuing to grow as both a dancer and artist.

Today, Kat works as a travel agent, combining her love of travel and connecting with people to help families create unforgettable experiences. She is excited to bring those passions together through Seas the Stage, connecting dancers, families, educators, and the dance community for an inspiring experience at sea.

Chris Xayarath

Co-Founder/Artistic Director

Chris Xayarath began his dance journey in the Chicago suburbs in 2002, training in hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, and contemporary. His career has taken him from performing alongside artists such as Bruno Mars, Fat Joe, Lil’ Jon, Ludacris, and Ciara to choreographing for the Chicago Bulls Luvabulls and appearing in Chance the Rapper’s “Angels” music video.

Today, Chris performs at Walt Disney World in shows including Festival of Fantasy Parade, Festival of the Lion King, and Celebracíon Encanto!, as well as at Universal Orlando Resort in Vamos! and previously as Dance Captain for Drive In & Dance.

Chris is passionate about connecting dancers, educators, and industry professionals through Seas the Stage, combining his love of dance and the cruise industry to create an unforgettable experience that inspires, connects, and celebrates dancers in a one-of-a-kind setting.
