2.3 Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from Royal Caribbean (for embarkation coordination), from our payment processor (confirmation of payment), and from social media platforms if you interact with us there.

3. How We Use Information

3.1 We use collected information to:

4. How We Share Information

4.1 Royal Caribbean. We share attendee identity, travel, and (where necessary) medical or accessibility information with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and its affiliates for embarkation, safety, and on-board logistics. Royal Caribbean uses that information under its own privacy policy, available at Royal Caribbean's website.

4.2 Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, including payment processors, registration and CRM platforms, email service providers, cloud storage providers, insurance carriers, videographers, and photographers.

4.3 Marketing partners. We may share limited information (name, likeness in Event media) with sponsors and marketing partners of the Event in accordance with any media release you have signed.

4.4 Business transfers. If Seas The Stage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.5 Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to a subpoena or lawful request, protect the safety of any person, or enforce our contracts.

4.6 No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent "sharing" or "sale" is defined broadly under applicable law (for example, cross-context behavioral advertising), we describe our practices and, where required, provide an opt-out under Section 8.

5. Cookies and Analytics

5.1 Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, remembering preferences, security, and analytics (for example, Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impair site functionality.

6. Data Retention

6.1 We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Registration, waiver, and financial records are typically retained for the applicable statute-of-limitations period. Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Data Security

7.1 We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the address in Section 12.

8.2 Media release opt-out. If you opted out of the Media Release on your waiver, we will use commercially reasonable efforts not to feature identifiable images of you in Event marketing; incidental appearances (for example, in the background of a group shot) cannot always be avoided.

8.3 Florida residents (Florida Digital Bill of Rights). If applicable, Florida residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of their personal information.

8.4 California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of "sale" or "sharing," and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information.

8.5 How to exercise rights. To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children's Information

9.1 The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 online. For minors participating in the Event, we collect information only through a parent or legal guardian's registration and only as needed for safe participation. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information online, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

10.1 We are based in the United States. If you access the Services or attend the Event from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services or attending the Event, you acknowledge that transfer.
