Terms and Conditions
Effective as of September 28, 2026
Welcome to Seas the Stage Dance Convention LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, designees, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Seas the Stage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Seas the Stage website located at www.seasthestage.com (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Seas the Stage. Seas the Stage, its products, services, and events are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Relationship with Royal Caribbean
Seas the Stage Dance Convention LLC is an independent event organizer and is not owned, operated, controlled, or managed by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. or any of its affiliates. Any information collected directly by Royal Caribbean, whether through its website, booking platforms, guest portals, mobile applications, onboard systems, or other services, is governed by Royal Caribbean's own terms, notices, and practices, and not by these Terms. References on the Site to Royal Caribbean, its vessels, itineraries, or services are provided solely to describe the venue and logistics of the Seas the Stage Dance Convention.
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Seas the Stage is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Seas the Stage and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Eligibility
The Site is available for browsing by users of all ages, subject to the parental-consent requirements described in the COPPA section below and in our Privacy Policy. However, to register for the Seas the Stage Dance Convention (the “Event”), purchase tickets or add-ons, create an account associated with a purchase, or otherwise enter into a payment transaction through the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Registrations for participants under the age of eighteen (18) must be completed and paid for by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation and for compliance with these Terms and any applicable waivers, releases, and consents.
Registration, Fees, Taxes, and Refunds
Registration and Payment. All Event registrations, ticket purchases, and add-on purchases made through the Site are subject to acceptance by Seas the Stage and to availability. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Registration fees are payable in full at the time of registration; Seas the Stage does not offer payment plans or installment options. Registration is not confirmed until Seas the Stage has received payment in full, together with any applicable taxes. You authorize Seas the Stage and its payment processor to charge your designated payment method for the full registration fee and any applicable taxes at the time of registration.
Separate Transactions with Royal Caribbean. Seas the Stage Dance Convention LLC and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. are separate and independent entities, and registration for the Event is a separate transaction from the booking of a cruise. The fees you pay to Seas the Stage cover only participation in the Seas the Stage Dance Convention. All cruise-related charges, including cabin/stateroom fare, port charges, government fees and taxes on the cruise, gratuities, onboard purchases, and any other charges imposed by the cruise line, are billed and collected directly by Royal Caribbean under Royal Caribbean's own booking terms, cancellation policies, and conditions of carriage. Seas the Stage is not a party to your cruise booking and has no authority to modify, refund, or otherwise adjust any charges imposed by Royal Caribbean.
Taxes. Registration fees are subject to applicable Florida state and local sales, use, and similar taxes, which will be added to your total at checkout and collected by Seas the Stage where required by law. You are responsible for all such taxes on your registration. Taxes and fees associated with your cruise booking are separately assessed and collected by Royal Caribbean.
Refunds and Cancellations. The following refund policy applies to Event registration fees paid to Seas the Stage. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Seas the Stage at the contact address set forth below.
(a) Participant-initiated cancellations. Refund requests received by Seas the Stage ninety (90) or more calendar days prior to the scheduled sailing date will receive a full refund of registration fees paid to Seas the Stage (less any non-refundable third-party processing fees). Refund requests received fewer than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the scheduled sailing date are not eligible for a refund, and all registration fees paid to Seas the Stage are forfeited, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, injury, personal circumstances, denial of boarding, missed embarkation, or failure to obtain required travel documents).
(b) Cancellation by Royal Caribbean. If Royal Caribbean cancels the cruise on which the Event is scheduled to take place, for any reason, Seas the Stage will refund the registration fees paid to Seas the Stage. This refund covers only the registration fees paid to Seas the Stage. Any refund, credit, rebooking, or other remedy relating to amounts paid to Royal Caribbean for your cruise booking (including cabin fare, taxes, port fees, and gratuities) is governed exclusively by Royal Caribbean's own cancellation and refund policies and must be pursued directly with Royal Caribbean.
(c) Cancellation by Seas the Stage. If Seas the Stage cancels the Event in its entirety for any reason other than a cancellation by Royal Caribbean addressed in paragraph (b), your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the registration fees paid by you to Seas the Stage. Seas the Stage reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or substitute the Event schedule, faculty, choreographers, itinerary, venues, programming, or classes, and no such change entitles the participant to a refund.
(d) Travel insurance. Because refund eligibility for the registration fee is limited as set forth above, and because refunds of cruise fare are governed by Royal Caribbean, Seas the Stage strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance (including trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical coverage) through Royal Caribbean or another reputable provider at the time of booking. Travel insurance is the participant's sole means of protection against financial loss arising from cancellations, illness, injury, missed embarkation, itinerary changes, or other unforeseen events that are not covered by this refund policy.
Force Majeure. Seas the Stage shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government orders or advisories, port closures, itinerary changes imposed by the cruise line, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or mechanical or vessel-related issues (each, a Force Majeure Event). Refund treatment for a Force Majeure Event that results in the cancellation of the Event by Seas the Stage is governed by the Refunds and Cancellations section above. Any refund, credit, or other remedy relating to amounts paid to Royal Caribbean, including cruise fare and cruise-related taxes and fees, remains subject exclusively to Royal Caribbean's own policies and must be pursued directly with Royal Caribbean.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank in connection with a charge that is not eligible for a refund under the Refunds and Cancellations section above, Seas the Stage reserves the right to cancel your registration, revoke access to the Event, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount together with any related costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
Transfers. Registrations and tickets are personal to the named participant and may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of Seas the Stage. Any unauthorized transfer or resale voids the registration without refund.
Waivers and Releases. Participation in the Event is separately conditioned on the participant (or, for a minor, the participant's parent or legal guardian) executing all waivers, releases, media consents, and other participation agreements required by Seas the Stage, which are incorporated into your registration by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed waiver or release with respect to participation in the Event, the signed waiver or release controls.

International Users
The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Seas the Stage from our offices within the United States. If you access the Site from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seas the Stage, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Seas the Stage reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Seas the Stage in asserting any available defenses. The indemnification obligation in this section is in addition to, and does not limit, replace, or supersede, any indemnification, release, or hold-harmless obligation set forth in any waiver, release, or participation agreement you have executed with Seas The Stage, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in Polk County, Florida. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms, whether directly or indirectly, including tort claims that are a result of these Terms. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms.
The parties agree that any dispute relating in any way to data collection, privacy practices, or the use of cookies or tracking technologies shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration as set forth herein unless Florida law prohibits such waiver.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER UNLESS FLORIDA LAW PROHIBITS SUCH WAIVER. Further, unless both you and Seas the Stage agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination / Access Restriction
Seas the Stage reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Seas the Stage with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Seas the Stage with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
